A shot of Amla juice every morning is the sure shot recipe for glowing skin and a boost of immunity!
500 grams Amla
250 grams of honey or jaggery
100 grams ginger
Salt to Taste
Chop the Amla into small pieces and mix with the salt. Leave for a few hours.
In a pan mix the honey/jaggery with water and heat. Boil to make syrup and then leave to cool.
Wash the salted Amlas and put in a blender along with the ginger. Strain the juice.
Squeeze the lemon juice into the above mixture.
Add the honey/jaggery syrup to the juice and store in a bottle.
