AAM PANNA RECIPE

Ingredients

500 grams raw mangoes

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp Rock Salt

1 tsp Chaat Masala

2 tsp Jeera Powder

½ cup fresh mint leaves

4 cups water

Method

Rinse the mangoes nicely and peel the skin off. 

Pressure cook the mangoes in water for 2-3 whistles. Cook for 5-6 mins. 

Open the cooker and transfer the mango pulp along with the water into a bowl. Remove any stones. Allow the pulp to cool. 

Blend the mango pult, sugar, salt, spices & mint together.

Store this Aam panna concentrate in a bottle in the fridge upto a month. 

To serve, add 1/4th cup of the concentrate in a glass with ice and chilled water

Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
